Center of Excellence cum Incubation Centre at Dronacharya Government College, Gurugram under the guidance of Department of Higher Education Haryana is working relentlessly to develop a framework that instils practical experience in the educational framework and encourages college students to take up entrepreneurship at college level.

The endeavour of this Incubation Center is to bring awareness amongst students about choosing Entrepreneurship as the right career option.It give students the opportunity to be exposed at grass roots level and encourages them to walk on the path of job creators while at the same time sensitising them about the challenges that Start Ups face.

A grass-root, young, aspiring entrepreneur looks for basic knowledge on various aspects on starting a business. He/she need sincere hand holding, it could be legal help in constituting his business, advisory, cash flow and accounts, team building, building knowledge, skill matching for his business, funding guidance and source, branding and marketing knowledge and tools, technology compliance and more startup-based concepts. All these requirements are answered at the Center of Excellence cum Incubation Center.

The Department of Higher Education, Haryana, in association with, SACC India has organised various mentoring sessions by industry experts such as Mr Anubhav Deep, Co-Founder, Cardekho Gaddi.com, Mr Kunal Mathur, Head of Digital Fundraising, UNICEF India Country Office, Mr Kumar Bivudh, Div Head, Business Model Innovation Team, Project Management, Apollo Tyres. Mr Akash Kamal, Founder, The Talented Indian and many more. 

My Story sessions with successful startup founders such Ms Astha Mittal, author and artist, Ms Pragnya Wakhlu, founder Mousai India and musician inspire students by sharing insights of their journey.The Center of Excellence cum Incubation at Dronahcarya Government College periodically holds investor meets where our startups pitch to renewed investors such as Mr Saurabh Trivedi, Co-Founder Boudhik Ventures. 

An annual 15 day camp is conducted that gives learners an in-depth knowledge on entrepreneurship. Topics such as company registration, free tools available online, inside into market research, the art of pitching etc are covered. 

In addition, podcasts such as Q&A with Mr Vipul Aggarwal, Co-Founder,Unlu, Q&A with Mr Hitesh Oberoi, Founder, Naukri, Q&A with Mr Shabir Momin, MD Zenga Meda, Q&A with Mr Snehil Khanor, Co-Founder, Truly Mady are broadcasted.

Press Notes of successful startups are also shared across media to ensure startups get exposure. Exhibitions and stalls are hosted to ensure students learn the art of selling.
